re: pro forma shareholders equity total.. Cuda, exactly - that's the figure you should be looking at. Funny I actually thought that DCB would be on the books with minimum $50m. They were even more conservative with $40m. Now the refining assets will result in addition to book value before tax of around $32-33m... How much tax ? If we use 40% on the proceeds and factor in the $10m NOLs that still can be utilized then book value after tax should be $16 per share. Maybe CEO Peiser will find a way to reduce the tax burden here.. rgrds CROSSY
