And some of the "rich" own 2 and 3 or more houses. Have pocketed hundreds of thousands of dollars tax free. Meanwhile driving housing costs up astronomically, virtually shutting out the poor or younger people just getting started.

So when someone wants to cut double taxation on dividends it's a gift to the rich? Sure ted.


I thought you were in real estate. I believe that the tax break is only on your primary residence and only up to 500 k. Its a very, very democratic law because the Dems. are the party of all the people. ;~))
