Meanwhile driving housing costs up astronomically, virtually shutting out the poor or younger people just getting started. So when someone wants to cut double taxation on dividends it's a gift to the rich? Sure ted. I thought you were in real estate. I believe that the tax break is only on your primary residence and only up to 500 k. Its a very, very democratic law because the Dems. are the party of all the people. ;~)) ted
