Look at the angle from Oct and the angle from the DEc bottom. Certtainly the "rate" of accumulation has fallen off dramatically.

No the question is who is accumulating, if anyone.
Pension plans etc? Or smart money? Or Mutual funds with that last gasp of any inflows whatever they may be.

To me it appears to be a negative divergence.
Notice the "accumulation" up to Dec before the dump.
