Sorry! It was your "broad consensus" as justification for "morality" legislation and State Morality Police which dragged him in as pertinent to the discussion! People like yourself who would wish to impose "morality" on the basis of a "broad consensus" need to understand how it cuts away the base of moral behaviour (FREE CHOICE without coercion), and how it allows for ultimate degrees of intrusion into the autonomy of individuals.
