Bill, imho there are those that do not belong in any society.

There are plenty on death row where I could pull the switch and sleep well.

I would be first in line to give some dna to start a data bank. Two independent
labs, doing blind tests, in agreement, call me.

I would like to be the first on the thread to nominate rapists for the death penalty.
Two rapes, persons with no personal history, with dna evidence, call me.
