Unfortunately, I am thinking that we may be heading into a short-term correction here (perhaps harsh) for POG/POS and the shares. I think the dollar and stock market will advance based off of buying momentum and short-covering.

I would provide price targets on the way I see things unfolding over the next few months but they are pretty crazy.

Gold stocks have already discounted a considerably steeper POG correction than we have had to date. Consequently the gold stock downside from here probably not very great even if POG approaches $340.
