I purchased a Dell laptop about a year ago. I didn't think it was as represented in the advertising and after talking to a supervisor was able to return it for a full refund including shipping charges.

As a result, six months later I bought a Dell 8200 that TC was unhappy with and I am completely satisfied. The DVD drive does make a little noise, but it doesn't bother me. I also still use a Compaq with Win98 as I am not completely committed to XP.
