Earlier was funny, too. Some goof from Vanguard was on talking about why they won't tell shareholders how they are voting on proxies from the companies they own. Mark Haines roughed up the guy pretty good. The guy finally got pissed and said, "you are not a fiduciary. You just don't understand." And Haines said, "and given your policy and attitude, I'm not likely to allow your firm to be my fiduciary, either." Great line. Vanguard was extremely full of crap on the issue.
