Business software maker Oracle Corp's (ORCL: news, chart, profile) stock has support at about $10-to $10.50 a share, and could move near $17 before running into significant upside resistance, according to a Barron's analysis of the company's stock chart. Barron's also said that tech stocks in general have returned to a more normal level, compared with the overall stock market. Oracle shares fell 73 cents Friday, or 6 percent, to $11.44.
