With that GM announcement involving XM, it's not surprising...!!

SIRI tracks right along with XMSR pretty well, and the action gets pretty heavy when the day-players are batting them both around like a shuttlecock at a badminton tournament.

FCC Approves Sirius License Transfer To Creditors

The move gives the satcaster the go-ahead to restructure its debt. Sirius, which has dropped the "Satellite Radio" portion of its name, announced a few months ago a $1.2 billion recapitalization plan that will extend its funding into the middle of this year. The plan calls for Sirius to convert $700 million of debt and another $525 million of preferred stock into common stock and should be completed this quarter.

1. What is the dilution effect of this?
2. There will be lots of shares available for short sellers.
3. What do they do after the middle of the year? Their burn rate isn't coming down very quickly.

Your thoughts will be appreciated.
