A nice paired hedge would be short SIRI and long XMSR.

Time to revisit this old post on SIRI. Looks like the wall street guys did alright after all, converted their debt into SIRI at .95 now dumping on Joe 6 Pack for $2+, man what a world, lol.

Rumor that on big conference call SIRI had 50k more preorders for radios. I think that would be 85k total. 2.1 bln market cap means people are paying about $25,000/subscriber for this cheap company, lolol. Oh sure subscriber growth will grow, but enough to make that ratio a non joke, I don't think so.
I do admit to being fooled on SIRI today, I thought when it did that 100+ mm volume spin it couldn't go much higher on the sucker spike. Oh well, soon enough J6P will wake up to see that they bought the pig in a poke again. No interest in it a few weeks ago under 50 cents, now it's a must have core of any good portfolio, lol. Will they ever learn, or at least give up and go back to losing money at Bingo.

PS anyone have any word on how many of SIRI's numbers will be to Hertz and probably a freebie?
