Yes he is sharp and he is also a gold bull after many years and sees the tide turning. May mean less of these hopefully well timed in and out scalping trades eh?

These charts are really interesting, particularly if one looks at them not on the basis of cause and effect but simply by associating price movements/trends for gold vs. other investments. I'm not sure I would want to use the analysis to predict a drop in the DJIA to the 6000 area, but what is interesting is the POSSIBILITY that, given the lackluster profits we're seeing, the market for non-gold stocks could continue to adjust to lower profit assumptions.
