I believe that the BOD needs to know that the many, many owners
of this company are holding each of them to their collective duty to increase shareholder value. That isn't done by arithmetical tricks but by pennies, nickels and dimes of improving value. De-listing, while still possible, is no longer very likely. The directors need to keep their eyes on the ball even as we keep our eyes on them.
