i agree on above 1055 being in an uptrend for this 10 day rally and defering to the two chartmasters on trendlines. I would ask you to consider this one point though.

my point being that we topped on dec 2 and are now in a downtrend. the 10 day rally is nothing more than the lower high (pivot high) that i have been looking for the last month. all of my price objectives for this rally have been met or exceeded.
