CLRO.REUTERS SEC files complaint against ClearOne Communications SEC files complaint against ClearOne Communications SALT LAKE CITY, Jan 15 (Reuters) - ClearOne Communications Inc. <CLRO.O>, a videoconferencing products maker, said on Wednesday the Securities and Exchange Commission had filed a complaint against it. The SEC named ClearOne, its chief executive and chief financial officer as defendants, alleging violations of the Securities Act of 1933 and the Securities Exchange Act of 1934. ClearOne, which did not specify in the statement what the complaint was regarding, indicated that it has not yet had the opportunity to thoroughly review the complaint and continued to conduct its own investigation of the matter.
