(ROYL) today reported results from Operations for the third quarter ended September 30, 2002. For the three months ended September 30, 2002, the company reported net income of $129,004 or $.03 per basic share and $.02 per diluted share for third quarter 2002 as compared to $513,216 or $.10 per diluted share during the same period the prior year. The company reported a net loss for the nine months ended September 30, 2002, of $369,645 or $.07 per fully diluted share as compared to $5,321,798 or $1.00 per diluted share for the nine months ended 2001. The decrease in earnings was mainly the result of lower natural gas prices when compared to third quarter 2001.
