As are nearly all other policies of this crew.

To the extent gov't is involved, reducing taxes productively and regulating the playing field to keep it level, as well as monetary accountability. But the spending that's going out of control does none of the above. It's all clearly payoffs to oil and military-procurement insiders, and encouragement of non-productive spending on more gov't bureaucracy, instead of firing incompetents and criminals that have proven to be failures.

Another several hundred billion on Washington bureaucracy, and legislation creating patronage of nearly a million ...

People will happily invest if there's a profit to be made.
This administration is hollowing out the general economy, which is tough to do, but means fewer profitable opportunities, regardless.
