At least he didn't say -- Get real. The surpluses were BS and you can never expect to see one as long as the current form of government exists.

the funny thing is they release this statement about spending discipline after all these big fiscal stimulus programs are in the works or have already passed -- farking joke republicans -- like they are for less spending?? that's the real HO HO HO
