Most of the right to lifers, and a lot of people who are pro-choice but don't like the idea of cloning. Even many people who don't see the clone that was engineered without higher mental functions as human would consider cloning humans for spare parts at least creepy and perhaps unethical. They would not be mute. It has the possibility to be at least as contentious as the abortion issue.
