The VIX and VXN levels, % of bullish/bearish advisors, recommendation of wall street strategists, % of US households in stock funds all point to the fact that bears are still in a minority despite a 70 % haircut in the NASDAQ, 40 % haircut in the s&P. That is what I find so astounding about this bear market , that it has managed to keep most people on board as it steadily goes down. The person who shorted EBAY at 68 mght still be proven right in about a year 's time. Anindo
