Yes, I agree that on HUI it is easy to find a bullish interpretation. It is also possible that I might be influenced by Prechter / Hochberg on this issue. They find that the rally of the past few years was corrective, and they think the metal may be ready to move down in the next – presumably, last – leg of the multi-year bear market. Sentiment – according to Market Vane and some others, discussed here last night – is at a bullish extreme. Even if you are right and the rally of the past couple of years was a ‘1’ or ‘A’ up, still, we may be facing a very considerable decline, imho.
