You really want to know how to fry chicken? Take your chicken pieces and toss them into salt water 24 hours before cooking time. Add what herbs you want. This also works with the boneless skinless breasts. Drain the chicken and roll it in flower. Cast iron skillet half full of grease at 350 degrees, 6 minutes with the lid off, 9 minutes with the lid on, turn and repete.
