earlie, I can certainly understand those who have little tolerance for the bullish perspective. Wall St, corporate America and the mutual fund industry have enormous control over the dissemination of information and how it is perceived - the results were devastating - tech wreck, fiberCON, teleCON, dotCON , mutual fund mania, rampant use of misleading albeit legal accounting practices, PRO FORMA NONSENSE., the Greenspan put, the belief that the Fed can save the economy through unrestrained credit growth, " better than lowered expectations" " beat the estimate", absurd valuations, maximizing shareholder wealth fallacy, I'm in for the long run. I have little patience for it myself . IMO the bulls case is based upon ignorance of history and misinformation. THERE IS NO BULLISH CASE.The excesses of the 90s have done far more damage than people realize but they will understand in the future unfortunately. mike
