SML: Stealth names McWilliam as CEO, director Stealth Minerals Ltd SML Shares issued 32,819,553 Jan 16 2003 close $ 0.30 Friday January 17 2003 News Release Mr. Bradley Jones reports Stealth Minerals has released the following executive appointments: Bill McWilliam, chief executive officer and director Mr. McWilliam will assume the role of chief executive officer reporting directly to the chairman of the board. Mr. McWilliam brings to the corporation over 30 years of experience in the corporate finance field, and has been a financial and geological adviser to the company since 2001. Mr. McWilliam has extensive direct experience in operating, financing and managing mineral exploration companies in North America. David Blann, vice-president and director of exploration Mr. Blann is a professional engineer, geologist and president of Standard Metals Exploration Limited, an independent consulting firm. Mr. Blann has been the chief geologist on the Toodoggone project since 1998 and became a director of the corporation in 1999. Michael Denega, director Mr. Denega is a chartered accountant and tax specialist engaged in private practice. He has extensive corporate finance experience serving both individual and corporate clients. Mr. Denega was senior tax partner at Ernst & Young from 1978 to 1997. The board welcomes the addition of Mr. McWilliam as an officer and director, and Mr. Denega as a director, as these appointments significantly strengthen the company's management team. The board also wishes to acknowledge the continuing efforts and dedication of Mr. Blann and his field staff, and their continuing contribution to creating shareholder value.
