Ted, Al was suggesting that had I served in the military, I would hold my leaders more accountable. He's implying that I don't hold them accountable at this very moment, and only military service will help me "see the light." I understood what Al was getting at but how did you decide that I was calling you a hawk.....[please note, I will not use the term "chicken hawk". At its best it means a hawk that goes after chickens and at its worse, a guy who preys on kids for sex.] I believe whether you are a hawk or a dove you should always hold your leaders accountable......if for no other reason then they work for us. Let's just say that I hold Bush to the highest accountability, just like I held Clinton to the same standard. I don't need to serve in the military to know how horrible war truly is. I never suggested that you did need to serve. ted
