Watch $BPCOMPQ to see the crap fly.

$COMPQ vs $NDX hints at what the small stocks are doing, but the small stocks have small weightings so it isn't obvious or easy.

But in $BPCOMPQ every stock counts as much as INTC or MSFT. Larry Dudash has done some studies that suggest shorting at or above 45 is likely to make you money.
