These guys don't get. Republican Presidents like Reagan and Bush always increase deficit spending and then blame it on Congress. The only problem with that strategy is the present Congress is a Republican Congress.

I'm just saying it looks like they left a big mess, maybe they should have tried cutting spending, but that's not usually on the Democratic agenda.
