Depending upon the quality of the intelligence, which I tend to trust, yes. I think that the Administration knows more than it can say currently, without giving up intelligence assets, and that that is why people like Daschle ultimately voted to give the president the discretion to attack, and why Koffi Annan takes the matter seriously enough to warn Iraq against smugness, and to suggest that without full cooperation, an attack will occur......
