Oh dear me if you can't see how ludicrous what you just wrote is, I am sorry for that, but it does go a good way to proving my point- so for that I probably ought to thank you. Democrats or republicans, we ALL think we know what is best for America, and we all love our country. I happen to emotionally feel that republicans are DESTROYING the country, and that the last thing on their minds is America (hard as that may be for you to wrap your neurons around). But logically I know that I feel that way simply because I disagree with republicans, and it is simply an intolerant emotional response to a fundamental disagreement on basic principles, none of which have anything to do with loving America, but all of which have to do with social order, and different ways of achieving it. There is more than one way to skin a cat, and more than one way to "be an American First." If you ever get to the point where you can understand that, let me know.
