Not exactly - because we would just be pretending we are in that situation - we would need the North Koreans to adhere to their side of the bargain.

If thats what you meant - then we agree :-)

For the record I thought the '94 agreement was good at the time - the retrospect of knowing it was being curcumvented by the North makes it look bad - so the real future will need to be different from the past :-(
