But even if they were, should we give Afghanistan back to the Taliban?

Gee, the Europeans have that International Criminal Tribunal, maybe they can send some troops in (about time they did something), grab the perps and try them.

Other than that, I don't think much is going to happen.

And one war crime doesn't make the whole war wrong.
