Chip... I've been using Tradestation 6 for the last couple years. Definitely head & shoulders above anything I've ever worked with before. They provide all data services as well, and repair all bad tick info automatically. I'll never go back to a hard drive based database Thank God! :)

Unfortunately, they don't have a pitchfork drawing tool like Windows On Wallstreet had, but I've learned to adapt with manual drawing techniques that get me by O.K. The software is free to download, and If you use them as your broker, they'll waive the $100/mo. data fee if you execute enough trades through them each month. A real no brainer... they clear through Bear Stearns and work all the ECN's for the best fills. Their futures trades pass through Lind-Waldock, with the full spectrum of contracts available. Their commission prices are very nearly the lowest in the industry for both stocks and futures.
