But he was. He didn't kill the guy until his fear of others following the example of not paying outweighed his fear of being executed. Without the DP he would have killed the guy alot sooner. I know, after all he is my loan shark guy. ggg

Then you are willing to sacrifice the victims of those who would be deterred. This is inescapable. And absolute!!!

How many innocents will die because you refuse to kill those who a jury of their peers have decided deserve to die? This is the question you and other opponents need to answer.

Suppose a state passed a law saying that murders committed om Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Sundays would get the death penalty and the other days would get life w/o parole.

Which days of the week do you think would have the most murders?
