I was about to point out precisely those two items, and you beat me to it! It isn't all bad. The guidance will be the key.

Edit: Hopefully this is the "clear the deck" quarter to allow moving forward unencumbered by the past.

It's that time of the quarter when I remind SUNW holders after the earnings that gross margins dont mean a thing. They r like proforma earnings.

It's the real PE that matters based on expected future earnings.
