Pomp, I cannot do justice to this call. I think everyone should listen to it.

Cash flow positive for the first time, and will remain so going forward.
Next quarter is more than 80% booked,(better than this 2nd q)
Expect $59 to 60 million revenue next Q
Led unit sales were up 15 % sequentially
ASP's were up this q 3% sequentially, and may be up next q, despite plan to lower ASP's to drive the market
LED costs to produce were down 8%
megabright LED's were 40% of units
x bright were 2%... will ramp this quarter Still working on them.
pro forma Gross margin 44%... expect to maintain that
Cree Microwave had $.75 million revenue. Hopes to be profitable by the end of calendar 2003. Lots of R&D on new products.
Wafer sales units down 21%, but ASP's up 23% due to higher quality
Charles and Covard increased purchases by 27% (still small #)
LED revenue: 46% from handsets, 27% from cars, 11% from traffic lights and displays, 16 % from other.
Challenge: Increase capacity and increase productivity
Cree is selling everything it can make.
30 mw Lasers released by July. Still working on them.
