They must think we are in a bull market where a 2 for 1 split guaranteed a jump in the stock price.

The market will split that stock on it's own.

Declaring a dividend admits there is no growth left on softie and it's lowered guidance way too many times for this valuation.

I bet it sees new 52 week lows.
