Ork: Have to develop one. I am in no hurry to cover here. Will post it after giving some thought. These are not flips for me. The nature of the down is impossible to call day-to-day. Despite how terrible things look tonight, it could take some time before we are lower than the December lows.

Odds are against playing a bounce unless a major one is setting up like the end of December. You will lose more often than you win. If we are at a major turn from the top, a major bounce will not come for some time. This suspected turn should be viewed, in time, as a failure to take out the December highs. When and if that realization sets in with the herd, people will become more concerned with getting out than playing the bounces and they will be more difficult to play with fewer players <g>.

It has been a process, but I believe with respect to the ndx and compq. that the bear is in control once again.
