in that case I actually meant to capitalize the whole word for emphasis, because if I were speaking I would emphasize that word, but I obviously neglected to do that. I type too fast. I will make an effort to be even MORE evenhanded. See, that's how I usually use capitalization. If I were talking to you I would say the "more" extra LOUD.
