If the inspectors found a moldy balogna sandwich in one of the private homes I think Junior would declare that a material breach of biohazard weapons.

Also no Iraqi scientists have agreed to private interviews with UN inspection not even in Iraq.
Not surprising. Somehow I think it's worth your life and/or your family's lives to talk the inspectors in Iraq.
