Cuda, actually a win-win. Did you know that companies cannot deduct salaries in excess of $1m from taxable income ? That was the reason why stock options for management became popular inthe first place (basically class warfare as the reason why this section "m" was created in the 80ies). Now IPSU's ESOP has a "long term incentive package". I like the reading. In this way the shares will not hit the market immediately and Fagan Capital and other suitors won't be able to add to their position on the cheap'.. rgrds CROSSY
