I wasn't doing any such thing - the credit for the 90's goes to Reagan - and the credit for the 2010's will go to Bush if the current tax cut plans etc pass as is.

For giving the dem's credit for the roaring 90's....

We left you with a 250B surplus and we now have a 200B deficit....


There where deficits until the Republicans where elected to control Congress.

There is a deficit again because of the economic slowdown and because of 9/11.
