I don't know why I'm taking the time but: One has certifiable nukes, the other has none. One has long range missiles to deliver nukes, the other has none. One has a 1.2 million man well equipped army, the other has a remnant of a couple hundred thousand from the past... In Saddam's case we already control 2/3' s of the country from the air...not so in NK Saddam doesn't even control the northern 1/3 of his country on the ground. Weapons inspectors have not found any WMD... Is this a difficult question....?????
