In other words, LA County Asians were better educated than their white counter parts but were paid less. This is in one of the more liberal areas of the country. Nonetheless, some progress has been made under several civil rights laws including AA

AA has normally been used to discriminate against Asians.

So do whites......should we get rid of them too?
