06:55 ET General Electric matches consensus (GE) 25.19: Reports Q4 (Dec) earnings of $0.31 per share, in line with the Multex consensus of $0.31; revenues rose 4.1% year/year to $35.38 bln vs the $33.64 bln consensus. For 2003, co expects EPS growth of 3% to 13% (consensus is for 7.3% growth).

I just cant see saddam waiting for an attack.Why would he not rather take refuge in another country? He can always come back at some other time. Would he rather chose to be put out by force and even captured?
I picture him and his saudi friends trading stocks all day and giving press releases to support their positions.
