I'm totally with you on integration. I talked to a networking startup last year (probably kaput now LOL) that bought oracle 11i ERP + CRM, they said they knew that Oracle CRM was inferior to siebel but they didn't want to deal with the headaches of connecting 2 business software systems. The CFO and mgmt had worked together in the past, where they had Baan and Siebel, and they just couldn't get things to work. (personally I think a lot of issues are actually management related and not technical but IT mgmt is what it is, and that is the sandbox you have to play in). Lizzie
