Joe. Exactly! You're getting an "A" in this course:o) Viable TA is an ongoing, constantly changing landscape. Some tools become too popular and - per the laws of contrarian thinking - lose their effectiveness. It's very important to be alert to this process and flexible enough to move on to other techniques and approaches. Folks, because I can put it succinctly in no way implies that DOING the above is easy. It's not. But.... Any time and effort you can invest in stepping back from the moment to reflect on whether a tool or technique is yielding more than a 50/50 success rates, will be well worth it. Also, a little personal introspection may be necessary to identify what's not working and has become little more than intellectual inertia (aka laziness). Just my VVHO after decades of playing this game and SOMETIMES enjoying the epiphany of learning from my own mistakes:o) regards, Isopatch
