HI Chip,

Close business associate and I had lunch yesterday. His father was in Canada's strtegic command his entire career.

He passed away this last November. He told his son the U.S knows where the Weapons of MD are.

Thay won't tip a known spot until all troops are in position.Once they're found and confirmed - things will roll fast. The last thing we want to happen is to start shooting fish in the barrel prematurely.

One last very interesting note he made : you'll never hear about submarines. They are our strategic nuclear arsenal without an address. His Dad told him in 91 there were 50 U.S.subs in the Arabian Sea 30 british and another 40 russian.

He said it was like underwater bumper cars.

One thing for sure - if poison gas gets used short range nuclear warheads will be the first to weld up / melt down launch sites .The first use of weapons of mass destruction by Saddam will result in a swift and immediate annihilation of major Iraqi military strongholds.

It will be a lesson that history will record as brutal.

Best alternative I've heard is Sadam on exhile.Any other alternative will be a testing ground for some awesome technology.

In any event excepting excile - best to play it close to the chest. At the very least a good dip will result, I think.

Have a great weekend.

Bob
