Only a tiny article 2 inches long, about requiring registartion of those individuals who work with diseased animals in an attempt to tighten a soft spot in the oversite of the industry. No mention of disease types or animal types....!

As you know... many sick animals just get shot and left for critters... or buried out there on the ranch. This article might have more to do with the treatment of sick animals within the feeding lots....?
