check this out
Juniper Networks (JNPR / Nasdaq)
Piper Jaffray
Raised our 2003 rev. estimate to $664.6 million from $625.6 million and upped EPS est. to 6 cents from a loss of 3 cents. Upped our target price to $6.94 from $5.51.

whats up with that?

BTW aol is holding pretty well here. The soundview analyst was on cnbc saying he recommends aol as a recovery play. I was thinking about it as soon as the downside wears down.

if you want a good short I suggest the SCEs. My friends from applied last night confirmed the BofA rpt that another shutdown is on the way, they just had one last december. THere might even be another shutdown after this next one so in essence, the applied workforce is working 3/4 time... and they are currently at half employment from peak.

The bright spot at applied is the AKT division which makes flat panel devices they are rocking.

I probably would short the other SCEs here like nvls or klac which are more pricey than amat, amat is only 2 or so pts off his oct low.
