Whew, i just heard a bull(Wilson of Morgan Keegan, a TA specialist, that feels the final bottom occured in October 2002) apply contrarian theory to world events. He says the the odds the Saddam will go into exile are small. BUT the market is constantly surprised and a massive upward catalyst has a way of turning up when everybody thinks otherwise. So he surmises, therefore, a surprise capitulation by Saddam would NOT be surprising.
Got that?:)
BTW though if Saddam did capitulate the market does explode upwards near to intermediate term--that is a given, imo. Max
